The Story of OLD RECIPE

Mao Feng Granary was founded in 1885 by Yuan Jiu'an on Fuzheng Street, Changsha, to trade and store grain. In 1904 Changsha became a trading port. A busy hub of grain and commerce, it saw the rice trade boom and, with Wuxi, Wuhu and Jiujiang, became one of China's four great rice markets.
